Shipping Ground Shipping Costs for Continental States: Shipping rates are based on your purchase total and will be calculated automatically upon checkout. Here is our shipping and handling rate chart:

Delivery times do vary, but most products ship within 24-48 hours. Some of our products are hand made and or made at the time your order is placed. Please allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate and also allow 4-5 days for shipping. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
Sales Tax Sales tax will be charged to all items shipped within Maryland. The current rate for Maryland Sales Tax is 6%. If you are shipping to someone outside of Maryland, sales tax will not be applied.
Return/Exchange Policy If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it if it is new with tags and not custom made or personalized. Some items may also be subject to a restocking fee.
Exchange: If your item shipped directly from the designer/manufacturer, please contact us for directions on how to return it. Otherwise, you may mail your item back to the address on your invoice. Write a quick note to let us know what you would like to exchange your item for (size, color, and so on). We will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Returns: Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of the date the order was shipped. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return, so we can be sure to credit you appropriately. Send your returns to the address on your invoice, or contact us for instructions if your item was shipped directly from the manufacturer. Custom orders are final sale items and may not be returned with the exception of a product defect. Please check your custom orders carefully before submitting. Customer errors on personalized items are non-refundable.
